SHIPPING & RETURNS

BISHU offers free shipping on all orders over CHF 100. Orders under CHF 100 cost CHF 4.50. All shipments come with insured postage stickers to ensure that your parcels don't get lost. Please note that BISHU only ships within Switzerland.

RETURNS

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For the sets, if the wax blank is still unused, you can return the sets using the insured return label and we will refund the full amount.

If the wax blank is already used, please be aware, that we have to charge CHF 6.- for the wax, since we won't be able to use the blanks anymore - thank you for your understanding. Please note, that the ordered items should be returned within 20 days.

If you would like to return a necklace, you can do so within our 20-day return policy. Please use a delivery method with tracking as we are not responsible for lost items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in it's original packaging otherwise partial costs may occur. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please check your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can identify the problem and rectify it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
