PENDANT MAKING SET

Once you receive your BISHU set, you can start creating your own pendant using the included tools. Depending on your design, please allow approximately 1–2 hours to complete your pendant. Afterward, place your finished pendant in the jewelry box, fill out the return form, and send the entire set back to us. We will then finalize your pendant in our studio in your wished finish. There are no additional costs for the finished pendant.

- 2 x 26 mm wide wax plaques to work with (one as a spare, or to make a second pendant if you get bitten by the carving bug)

- Professional pendant carving tools (to be returned with the carved rings after use)- cutter, scraper, engraving pen, marker, finger guard, box 

- Instruction paper/design sheet

- One finished pendant is included in the set price

Do you intend to have a fingerprint incorporated in your pendant design? Then you can order an additional fingerprint wax.

We work exclusively with recycled silver, recycled brass and plate the pieces with recycled gold. The entire production takes place in Switzerland and we work with long-term partners and small manufacturers in Zurich, Schaffhausen and Lucerne.

Gold plating: We gold plate the pendants with a 3 micron coating, so that the coating won't wear off over time. The good news is that the pendant can always be gold plated again, so please contact us if your pendant needs to be refreshed.

We will send you the set within 4 working days (see also shipping&returns).

Silver: After you send us back your finished pendant, we will cast the pendant and finish it professionally within 2-3weeks.

Gold plating: The gold plated pendants take a little longer, we need 4-6 weeks for casting, processing and coating.

Return Policy: At the moment there is no fixed deadline, but in order to keep the sets circulating well, we welcome a return within 5 months. We reserve the right to set the return period at a later date.
